At Wellbeing Mora, we strive to provide premium-quality products and excellent customer service. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Cancellations:

You can raise a cancellation request within 2 hours of placing the order along with the reason for cancellation.

If the order is a prepaid order, the refund shall be credited to your account within a specified number of days based on your card issuer's policies, once the request is approved and processed.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products being food items, we regret to inform you that returns cannot be accepted once the products have been delivered.

If you have purchased any Wellbeing Mora product from a retailer, you will need to contact the vendor or retailer that you purchased the product from, as they will have their own return policy.

If you are unable to return your Wellbeing Mora product to the original retailer, our Team will be happy to help.

Email Connect@wellbeingmora.in with your proof of purchase and reason for your dissatisfaction.

All clearance items are final sales.

Refunds:

After receiving your returned item, we will promptly inspect it and confirm receipt to you.

Following the inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.

You can expect to receive the refund within a specified number of days based on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Any shipping costs incurred while placing the order or returning the products before delivery are non-refundable.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 30 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers/merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Mora Impex Pvt Ltd. does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like eatables, etc. However, the refund/replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 30 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any refunds approved by Mora Impex Pvt Ltd., for the refund to be processed to you, it will take 60 days to be credited in the account with which the initial purchase was made.

The replacement product will be delivered within 10-15 days.

Return Policy

You may return a product within 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange:

1. The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
2. The item must have original packaging.
3. If the item was purchased on sale, then it may not be eligible for a return/exchange.
4. Only items that are found defective or damaged will be replaced based on an exchange request.

Certain categories of products/items may be exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of products would be identified at the time of purchase.

For accepted exchange/return requests, once your returned product/item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned/exchanged product.

If the return/exchange request is approved after the quality check at our end, your request will be processed as per our policies.
