MORA Wellbeing — Shipping Policy (As per Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, India)

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your tracking details once your order is dispatched
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays
2. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. To check if we deliver to your location, enter your pin code at checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you before processing payment.
We do not currently offer international shipping through wellbeingmora.in. For international orders, please visit our Amazon USA storefront.
3. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods (sale events, festivals, etc.).
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499
- Flat ₹69 shipping charge on orders below ₹499
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment
5. COURIER PARTNERS
We ship through trusted logistics partners including:
- EKart
- Shiprocket
- BlueDart
- Shadowfax
- DTDC
The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and availability. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable courier partner for each shipment.
6. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS
- You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website using this tracking number
- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch
7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- COD is available on orders up to ₹2,000 and at select pin codes only
- A COD handling fee of ₹69 may be applicable and will be shown at checkout
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
- Repeated COD order refusals may result in COD being disabled for your account
8. FAILED DELIVERY & RE-DELIVERY
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
- Refused delivery
The courier will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:
- Prepaid orders — Refund will be processed after deducting the forward and return shipping cost (typically ₹100–₹150)
- COD orders — No refund applicable as payment was not made
To avoid this, please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order.
9. DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
Damaged Package:
- If your order arrives damaged, please take an unboxing video before opening
- Report to us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@wellbeingmora.in with photos or video
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Lost in Transit:
- If your tracking shows the package is stuck or lost for more than 10 business days, contact us at connect@wellbeingmora.in
- We will raise a complaint with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund within 7 business days of investigation
10. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. MORA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, contact us immediately at connect@wellbeingmora.in within 12 hours of placing the order and we will try to update it before dispatch.
11. BULK & WHOLESALE ORDERS
For bulk orders above ₹10,000 or B2B wholesale enquiries, please contact us directly at connect@wellbeingmora.in for customised shipping arrangements and pricing.
12. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM ORDERS
Orders placed on Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, or Nykaa are shipped and tracked as per the respective platform's shipping policy. For any shipping issues with marketplace orders, please raise a query on that platform directly. For additional support, write to us at connect@wellbeingmora.in.
